Patients & Visitors Guideline

There is an information desk located in the main hospital lobby. It serves as a resource for patients, families and visitors. Staff and volunteers provide information regarding availability of doctors, Admissions and Investigations, Medical services, transportation and restaurants

Do not visit with an infectious disease, such as a cold or flu. We encourage you to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands often to keep family safe.

Children are welcome; however, they must be in good health and supervised by an adult at all times.

Cell phones are prohibited in some areas. Ask your nurse if you have questions about using your cell phone.

We have 24 hours Pharmacy, laboratory and Casualty with well trained casualty nurse and doctors.

Our uniformed security staff patrols the parking and hospital around the clock.

In consideration of the care, comfort and privacy of our patients we ask that all visitors observe the Visitors guidelines.

Our Visiting hours are flexible and designed to meet the needs of the individual patient. General hours are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Visits should be kept as brief as possible and limited to two persons at a time. Please keep noise to a minimum by limiting the number of visitors/ bystanders with the patient.

While you are in the hospital, a registered nurse will administer care according to physician orders, nursing interventions and established hospital standards. Maintain your dignity and confidentiality.

Waiting rooms are for the use of multiple patients, please be respectful of others while using these spaces.

Room Service allows you to custom order your meals and specify the delivery time.

All information given at the time of your admission is handled with appropriate confidentiality. Your identification band must be worn at all times.

Housekeeping Department keeps your room clean. Please call the Housekeeping Department if in need of additional towels, blankets and pillows or feel your bed linen needs freshening. Our nursing personnel can also assist you.

We have call buttons located on the bedside wall that will alert your nurse when you need assistance. For your comfort, incoming calls are connected to your room.

Remember to give any valuables you have brought with you to a relative or friend for safekeeping or register them with the Security Office. The hospital is not responsible for loss of personal property while you are on campus.

The Billing Department makes every effort to keep our hospital billing process as simple as possible. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Direct payments can be made at the IP Billing Office, located on the 4th floor of the hospital.
